Terms of use

These terms apply to the hosted mailbridge service at mailbridge.alohalabshq.com, run by Aloha Labs ([to be completed by the owner: Aloha Labs' legal name, postal address and company registration number]). By signing in you accept them.

The beta

mailbridge is a free, invite-only beta. Its features, limits and these terms may change, and the beta may end; we will tell you by email before it does.

Your account

An account is for one person. You sign in with links sent to your email address, so anyone who can read that inbox can sign in as you: keep it secure, and write to privacy@alohalabshq.com if you think someone else used your account.

Your mailboxes

Only add mailboxes you are entitled to use, and follow your mail provider's terms. Use an app password where your provider offers one, and revoke it there when you stop using mailbridge.

AI apps act for you

An AI app you connect can do what you allowed on the consent screen, and you are responsible for what it does with that access. Apps can be misled by the content of the emails they read. Sending is off unless you turn it on, and then goes only to the recipients you list (or to anyone, if you choose that option, which we advise against). Review what each app may do on the Connections page, and disconnect apps you no longer use.

Acceptable use

• No spam, bulk or unsolicited email.
• Nothing unlawful, and no access to mailboxes or systems you are not allowed to use.
• No attempts to get around limits, to probe or attack mailbridge or other servers through it, or to reach other users' data.
• No reselling, and no giving others access to your account.

Limits, suspension and ending

We set limits, for example on sending and on the number of mailboxes, and may pause sending for everyone. We may disable an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or other people at risk. You can delete your account at any time on the Account page.

No warranty

The beta is provided as it is, without any warranty. It may be unavailable or make mistakes. Your mail stays with your provider; mailbridge does not keep a copy of it.
